Lucas Cuatrecasas is a senior at Harvard College, where he studies Romance languages and literatures. His academic interests include modern and contemporary Latin American and European literature, translation studies, narratives of global modernization, philosophy of law, and international law. He has studied abroad in Sweden, conducted independent research in France and Argentina on the relationships between space, literature, and intercultural exchange, and interned at Religions for Peace International, an NGO with consultative status at the UN. In his free time, he has fun learning and speaking different languages, running, brewing specialty coffee, and exploring visual and performance art.
